Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products in designated territories, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and develop a sales strategy to reach them Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Officer or similar role, preferably in the water tank or related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
